Liberty Ridge is a faith-based non-profit organization, whose mission is to offer hope to seniors by providing high quality, affordable housing and services in a caring Christian atmosphere. Liberty Ridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
We look for candidates with a “Servant’s Heart”, i.e. people who are customer service-minded and are willing to go the extra mile to care for seniors. Ideal candidates are somewhat flexible in their schedules, and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure residents’ comfort and safety, in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer service opportunities in a family-like atmosphere, meals during shift, and flexibility in scheduling. Benefits are available for full time status. Candidates must pass a drug screen test, and must not have a past criminal history of drug abuse, theft, or physical violence against others. Candidates meeting these criteria may be offered a “working interview” of 2 to 3 shifts to determine their aptitude, and satisfaction with our work environment, prior to employment. You are NOT required to be a State Tested or Certified Nursing Assistant to serve our seniors.
