With the addition of our easy living garden homes, Liberty Ridge Senior Living Community has brought the feeling of a front-porch neighborhood to Lexington. The easy living garden homes are designed for active retirees over the age of 60 who want to simplify their lives while remaining in a residential home-like setting. At Liberty Ridge Senior Living Community, we understand the value of living in a comfortable, friendly space. We know that you’ll feel a heightened peace of mind from living in a community where on-site assisted living care is available in the event that you ever need it.

Each home has two bedrooms with two baths, all appliances including a washer and dryer, a finished garage, vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, fully landscaped yards, wall to wall carpeting, plus an all-season sunroom.

There is currently a waitlist for the Garden Homes. A $500 refundable deposit is required to secure a place on the waitlist. As homes become available, waitlist members are given the first right of refusal according to the order in which they first submitted their deposits.

An Affordable Plan

One-time refundable entrance fees will grant you occupancy for as long as you wish to live in the home. When you move out and the home is re-occupied by someone else, you or your estate will receive a refund between 95% – 75% of the entrance fee you paid depending upon your length of residency. Depreciation of the entrance fee refund amount does take place over a 25-month period before it reaches the 75% minimum guaranteed entrance fee refund amount.

Maintenance-Free Living

We cover both interior and exterior home maintenance and repairs, lawn mowing, weed control, landscape maintenance, snow removal, trash collection, and major appliance repair. Also included are pest control, an emergency response system, property insurance (except personal items), coordination of social events, and more. Additional services such as carpet cleaning, assistance with hard-to-reach items, and personal transportation within Fayette County are available for a modest fee.
