Assisted Living Apartments
Liberty Ridge’s Assisted Living Community is the best of two worlds. It is a senior living option that allows older adults to maintain their independence while still having the assistance they need nearby. Our Assisted Living Community is designed for adults who may need help performing the activities of daily living. It might be assistance with bathing and grooming or medication assistance. We have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day. The goal of our Assisted Living Community help you stay as independent as possible.
Liberty Ridge Senior Living Community is certified by the State of Kentucky to provide non-medical assisted living services to residents. Combining convenient services, security, and personalized assistance, our assisted living apartments are the perfect solution if you are beginning to find it difficult to maintain their independence.
You’ll be surrounded by caring people in a family-oriented atmosphere. Liberty Ridge’s professional staff have many years of combined experience in senior living. Extensive ongoing staff training is conducted, which enables our caregivers to carry out their duties in a manner that promotes maximum independence, dignity, and individual preference for our residents.

Assisted Living Service
Liberty Ridge Resident Assistants (RA’s) team provides general monitoring, daily wellness checks, meal and program reminders as needed, periodic assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is also available.
Activities of Daily Living include Medication Reminders, Shower Assistance, Dressing Assistance, Grooming Assistance, Meal/Program Reminders and/or Escort.
A Level of Care designation is given to each resident and is determined by Liberty Ridge, based on periodic state-mandated Functional Needs Assessments (FNA’s).
Persons needing frequent hands-on assistance, or specialized memory care may be evaluated for transfer to Liberty Ridge’s special care neighborhood and would be charged the prevailing rates for such care.
Rental Rates
Liberty Ridge Assisted Living is an intimate community of private studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with a variety of views, and rental rates. Apartment rental rates can be obtained by request using the website contact form.
