Our fees range from $4,655 to $5,450 per month, depending upon the size of the private apartment occupied. Our fee includes all utilities (excluding security system/telephone), 24/7 dementia care trained staff, three meals daily, snacks as appropriate, daily social activities and stimulation, bathing, dressing, grooming assistance, medication reminders, periodic toileting, occasional incontinence assistance, and escort service as needed. Linens for twin beds, washcloths, and towels are also provided via this fee. A one-time Community Fee is paid upon admission to cover administration and apartment refurbishment costs. A refundable Security Deposit is also due prior to moving in.
