Our monthly fees range from $1,975 to $3,145 per month, depending upon the size and style of the apartment (studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments). The monthly fee includes all utilities (except phone), three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, transportation, 24-hour at-your-service staff, building and grounds upkeep, and more. Optional services include assistance with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and escort service. A one-time Community Fee is paid upon admission to cover administration and apartment refurbishment costs. A refundable Security Deposit equal to one month rent is also due prior to moving in.
