Dan Wilkerson, Community Director, is responsible for the daily operations of the entire community, along with its staffing and leadership. He is the point of contact for any concerns regarding the assisted living, garden home and memory care neighborhoods. Dan is a Kentucky Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a retired Air Force officer.
Terri Schneider, Resident Care Coordinator, Terri is an LPN and uses her experience and people skills to manage our caregiver staff and orchestrate health care services from outside providers for our residents. Her constant attention to the needs of our residents ensures that thier families and care providers are aware of any changes to their acuity, and can seek necessary medical intervention. A native of Ironton, Ohio, she has resided in Lexington for more than ten years, and has served Central Kentucky in various health and wellness and resident care capacities.
Esther Washing, Business Office Manager, she manages our resident billing, accounts receivable/payable, our office equipment, and telephone, and security system accounts, along with the administrative budget. Esther is very active in her church, but still finds time to be actively involved in community events at Liberty Ridge.
Sarah Marcum, Life Enrichment Coordinator, oversees our Memory Care, Assisted Living and Garden Home communities. As such, she plans and orchestrates all Life Enrichment events and outings and leads our community transportation and volunteer program. Sarah has an extensive background in Activities for both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Bruce Maples,Sales and Community Outreach Coordinator at Liberty Ridge, Lexington’s premier senior living community. Bruce is veteran sales person, and has dealt with seniors and senior care organizations in a sales/advisory capacity for the past 32 years. Bruce is a native of the Gadsden, Alabama area and a 20 year resident of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Bruce and his wife Angie, have two daughters , a son and three wonderful grandchildren. Bruce is very active in his local church, serves on the board of directors for the Lexington Area Parkinson’s Support Group, and as the Secretary/Treasure for the Better Business Builders chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).
Jeff Reed, Executive Chef, studied at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He has held various managerial and training positions in high volume feeding, catering and fine dining; most recently as the kitchen manager of the RJ Corman Dinner Train. There he was featured in "The Secrets of the Bluegrass Chefs" television series. A native of Indiana, Jeff oversees the overall dining experience at Liberty Ridge and takes a hands-on approach in ensuring excellence in food preparation, serving, menu planning, sanitation and food safety.
Justin Linseisen is the onsite pastor at Liberty Ridge and lead pastor at Heritage Church that meets every Sunday at 9:30am. He is a graduate of Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Justin obtained a bachelors of Science degree in Bible & Theology with an emphasis in Pastoral Care. Justin’s desire is for everyone to feel heard, cared for, and loved by God. Justin describes himself as a sincere, kind, “good-ole” Texas boy with a passion for the Lord and for ministry.
Richard Fenwick-Jolly, Maintenance Director, is responsible for repairs and maintenance of all units in our community. He performs scheduled preventative maintenance as required and manages our vendor contracts in landscaping, pest control, waste disposal and building safety and alarm systems. Richard has vast experience in most all the building trades, and residents and staff alike enjoy his British wit.
